Fish and Chips Ingredients – 4 Serving People

  • Take 500 grams of fish fillets
  • Take 250 grams of potato
  • Take 1 egg
  • Salt As per Taste
  • Take 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • Take 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • black pepper As per Taste
  • Take 2 cup of refined oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Take 1 cup of milk

Step 1 : Start preparing the mixture for fish and cut the potato into slices.

Peel and wash the potatoes before beginning to make this delicious dish. Cut them into slices and set them aside in salted water until needed again. Combine all-purpose flour, milk, egg, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a deep-bottomed mixing bowl. Make a thick mixture and set it aside for at least 20 minutes.

Step 2 : Using the egg-flour batter, coat the fish fillets

Now simply place the fish fillets in the batter and coat them evenly. Then completely coat them using breadcrumbs. Put refined oil in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Deep-fried the marinated fish until both sides are golden brown.

Step 3: Fries must be cooked for 10 minutes.
